The “Taller 2” students are working their physical components in a playful way.
One of the physical conditions that most liked them has been the speed.
The main goal is to move away from the directed and traditional way of working physical conditioning and doing it in a fun, playful and safe method.
In only two hours a week we can not focus on physical improvement, but on creating healthy habits and, in some way, showing that working physical conditions does not have to be hard and boring.
In these images we can see a speed reaction activity where the first student decides the direction of the displacements and the other has to go to the opposite side. Finally, the first one taking advantage of the distance has to get out of the box with the ball controlled.
